Using this site
FlyPrivateBack is a free alert and information service, owned and operated by Volition Technology Consulting. We monitor publicly listed empty-leg flights and notify you when one matches your preferences. We do not operate, own, or charter aircraft, and we are not a party to any booking. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Bookings happen elsewhere
All flights are operated and sold by Villiers Jets and the underlying certified air carriers. Any booking, payment, cancellation, and travel contract is strictly between you and them, on their terms. Empty-leg availability, pricing, routing, and timing can change without notice, and a portion of empty legs are cancelled by the operator.
We provide alerts and content on a best-effort basis and make no guarantee that a matching leg will exist, remain available, or depart as listed. We are not liable for any loss arising from a cancelled, changed, or missed flight.
Alerts
Alert subscriptions are free and optional. Alerts are sent by email and can be stopped via the unsubscribe link in any message. We do not currently operate an SMS programme and do not collect phone numbers; how we handle the details you do give us is set out in our privacy policy.
Affiliate disclosure
We are an independent affiliate of Villiers Jets and may earn a commission on bookings at no extra cost to you. This never changes what we recommend. See our affiliate disclosure for details.
This refers only to commissions we earn on outbound booking links. It involves no sharing of your personal information or your mobile information with any affiliate or third party.
Availability
The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FlyPrivateBack and Volition Technology Consulting are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
