FlyPrivateBack is a property owned and operated by Volition Technology Consulting.
What we collect
When you set up empty-leg alerts we collect the email address you provide. We also store the routes, jet sizes, budget, and date flexibility you select. We do not collect a phone number.
We do not collect payment information. FlyPrivateBack does not sell or process bookings; when you follow a link to a partner such as Villiers Jets, any details you enter there are governed by that company's privacy policy, not ours.
How we use it
We use your email to send the empty-leg alerts you asked for. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS alerts
We do not currently offer SMS alerts and we do not collect phone numbers. If we offer them in future, they will be strictly opt-in and this policy will be updated before any number is collected.
A small number of phone numbers were collected under a previous version of this site, before SMS collection was withdrawn on 10 August 2026. No marketing text message was ever sent to them. Those records are retained only so the consent they carry remains auditable, are not shared with anyone, and will be deleted on request.
Mobile information sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is excluded from any information sharing; this information will not be shared with any third parties. BLKNomad is a property owned and operated by Volition Technology Consulting, the same company that operates FlyPrivateBack, and is not a third party.
Service providers
We share your information only with the service provider that delivers our alert emails and our database host, and only so that they can deliver the alerts you asked for. They may not use it for their own marketing.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages and links people use, including when an outbound partner link is clicked. This tells us which content is useful; it is not used to identify you personally. You can block analytics with any standard browser content blocker.
Retention and your choices
We keep your subscription record until you unsubscribe. Every alert email includes an unsubscribe link. You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
Affiliate disclosure
FlyPrivateBack is an independent affiliate of Villiers Jets and may earn a commission on bookings at no extra cost to you. See our affiliate disclosure for the full detail.
This refers only to commissions we earn on outbound booking links. It involves no sharing of your personal information or your mobile information with any affiliate or third party.
